Our History

Tasting Plates was founded by Martin & Sara Saxon more than 25 years ago, and has a long-standing and well-earned reputation for great food which is beautifully cooked, well-presented and professionally served.

Now headed by Joe, their son, and his partner Toby, Tasting Plates brings a fresh and energetic approach to catering and organising for a wider range of weddings and private events. With a dedicated team, and with Sara and Martin as guidance, we’ll do our utmost to make you very happy with your successful event.
